Description

Crispy, buttery garlic bread made easily in the air fryer, perfect for any meal or gathering.


Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 Baguette
  • 115 g Butter, softened
  • 2 tablespoons Parsley, freshly chopped
  • 4 cloves Garlic, grated
  • 1/2 teaspoon Dried oregano
  • 1/3 teaspoon Chili flakes
  • Salt and Black pepper, to taste
  • 1/3 cup Parmesan, grated

Instructions

  1. Slice the baguette diagonally into thick slices about 1/2 inch thick.
  2. In a bowl, mix the softened butter, grated garlic, chopped parsley, dried oregano, chili flakes, grated Parmesan, kosher salt, and black pepper until well combined.
  3. Spread the butter mixture generously onto each slice of bread.
  4. Place the slices in the air fryer basket in a single layer and air fry at 200°C (400°F) for 3-5 minutes.
  5. For extra crunch, add an additional 2-3 minutes, until golden brown.

Notes

Store leftovers in an airtight container or freezer bag. Reheat in the air fryer at 190°C (375°F) for 2-3 minutes.
