Instructions

- Toss the chicken chunks into the marinade, ensuring they are well coated. Cover and refrigerate for at least one hour or overnight for best flavor.

- Skewer the marinated chicken onto the soaked wooden skewers, alternating with chunks of red onion and bell peppers.
