Description

Deliciously crispy potato wedges coated in garlic and Parmesan, perfect as a side dish or snack.


Ingredients

  • 4 large potatoes
  • 1/4 cup olive oil
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon paprika (optional)
  • Fresh parsley for garnish (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C).
  2. Wash and cut the potatoes into wedges.
  3. In a large bowl, combine olive oil, minced garlic, salt, pepper, and paprika. Whisk together.
  4. Add the potato wedges to the bowl and toss until evenly coated.
  5. Spread the potato wedges in a single layer on a baking sheet.
  6. Sprinkle grated Parmesan cheese over the wedges.
  7. Bake in the preheated oven for 30-35 minutes or until golden and crispy, turning halfway through.
  8. Garnish with fresh parsley if desired, and serve warm.

Notes

For extra crispy wedges, soak cut potatoes in cold water for 30 minutes before baking. You can also experiment with different cheeses for flavor variations.
