Description

A warm and comforting Baked Oats Oatmeal Cake made with ripe bananas and wholesome rolled oats, perfect for breakfast or an afternoon snack.


Ingredients

  • 1 large egg
  • 1 tablespoon maple syrup
  • ½ teaspoon baking powder
  • Pinch salt
  • Cooking spray
  • 1 tablespoon cocoa powder (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F.
  2. Grease a ramekin with cooking spray.
  3. Blend oats, banana, egg, maple syrup, baking powder, salt, and cocoa powder (if using) until smooth.
  4. Pour the batter into the ramekin and tap to settle.
