- 1 ripe banana
- 1 large egg
- 1 tablespoon maple syrup

- Pinch salt
- Cooking spray
- 1 tablespoon cocoa powder (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F.
- Grease a ramekin with cooking spray.
- Blend oats, banana, egg, maple syrup, baking powder, salt, and cocoa powder (if using) until smooth.
- Pour the batter into the ramekin and tap to settle.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes until a toothpick comes out clean.
- Let cool for 10 minutes before serving.
Notes
For healthier alternatives, replace maple syrup with a low-calorie sweetener and use an egg substitute for a vegan version.
