Instructions

- Add eggs one at a time, then stir in buttermilk and vanilla extract.

- Gradually add dry ingredients to wet mixture, stirring until just combined.
- Divide batter evenly between prepared pans.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.
- Allow cakes to cool in pans for 10 minutes before transferring to wire racks to cool completely.
- Frost as desired with cream cheese frosting or buttercream.
