Ingredients

- 170 g Burrata
- 550 g Tomatoes
- 1 cup Basil
- 2 tablespoons Olive oil
- 2 tablespoons Balsamic glaze
- Kosher salt to taste
- Black pepper to taste
Instructions
- Wash your tomatoes thoroughly and pat them dry with paper towels.
- Cut the tomatoes into slices.
- Arrange the tomatoes on a large plate, leaving space in the center for the burrata cheese.
- Add basil leaves between every slice of tomato.
- Drizzle olive oil over the tomatoes, followed by kosher salt and black pepper.
- Drain the burrata and place it in the center of the plate.
- Gently cut the burrata open to allow the creamy interior to ooze out.
- Season again with kosher salt and black pepper, then drizzle with balsamic glaze.
- Serve immediately with toasted bread, crostini, or fresh French-style bread.
Notes
Best enjoyed fresh. Avoid cooking the tomatoes for ideal taste and texture.
