Description

A vibrant dish featuring succulent salmon fillets seasoned with Cajun spices and topped with a creamy avocado lime sauce.


Ingredients

  • 2 Salmon fillets (fresh and skinless)
  • 2 tbsp Cajun seasoning
  • 1 tbsp Olive oil
  • 1 Avocado
  • 1 Lime juice (freshly squeezed)
  • ¼ cup Sour cream or Greek yogurt
  • Salt and pepper (to taste)
  • Fresh cilantro (optional, for garnish)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your grill or skillet over medium-high heat.
  2. Rub the salmon fillets with olive oil and sprinkle Cajun seasoning on both sides.
  3. Cook the salmon for 4-5 minutes on each side until flaky.
  4. Blend avocado, lime juice, sour cream, salt, and pepper until smooth for the crema.
  5. Remove salmon from heat and let it rest for a few minutes.
  6. Drizzle the avocado lime crema on the salmon and garnish with cilantro, if desired.

Notes

For added flavor, marinate the salmon in olive oil and Cajun seasoning for 30 minutes before cooking.
