Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and lightly grease two 9-inch round baking pans with butter or cooking spray.
  2. In a large bowl, whisk together flour, sugar, baking powder, cinnamon, and salt until combined.
  3. Create a well in the center of the dry ingredients and add vegetable oil, eggs, and grated carrots. Stir until just combined.
