Description

A hearty and nostalgic Cheeseburger Meatloaf that brings the flavors of classic cheeseburgers to your dinner table.


Ingredients

  • 1 lb lean ground beef
  • 1 cup plain breadcrumbs
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 medium onion, diced
  • 1/2 cup ketchup
  • 2 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and lightly grease a baking dish.
  2. In a large mixing bowl, combine the ground beef, breadcrumbs, diced onion, eggs, and half the cheese.
  3. Season the mixture with salt, pepper, Worcestershire sauce, and any additional spices you desire.
  4. Shape the mixture into a loaf in the baking dish.
  5. Spread ketchup over the top and sprinkle the remaining cheese on top.
  6. Bake for approximately 60 minutes or until the internal temperature reaches 160°F (70°C).
  7. Allow the meatloaf to rest for 10 minutes before slicing.

Notes

For healthier alternatives, consider using turkey instead of beef and sugar-free ketchup.
