Description

A hearty and satisfying casserole combining chicken, creamy cheese, fluffy rice, and vibrant broccoli, perfect for busy weeknights.


Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/2 tsp onion powder
  • 2 cups cooked chicken, diced
  • 2 cups cooked rice
  • 2 cups broccoli florets
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a large mixing bowl, combine milk, garlic powder, onion powder, and season with salt and pepper. Whisk until smooth.
  3. Add the cooked chicken, rice, and broccoli to the bowl and mix well.
  4. Transfer the mixture to a greased baking dish, spreading it evenly.
  5. Top with shredded cheddar cheese and sprinkle breadcrumbs on top.
  6. Bake for 25-30 minutes until heated through and the top is golden brown.
  7. Let it cool slightly before serving.

Notes
