- 2 cups cooked rice (white, brown, or jasmine)
- 3 cups broccoli florets (steamed or blanched)
- 1 cup shredded cheese (cheddar or mozzarella)
- 1 cup cream of chicken soup
- 1/2 cup milk
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a large bowl, combine the cooked chicken, cooked rice, broccoli, shredded cheese, cream of chicken soup, and milk.
- Season with salt, pepper, garlic powder, and onion powder. Stir gently to mix well.
- Transfer the mixture to a greased baking dish and spread it evenly.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, or until heated through and bubbly.
- Let it cool for a few minutes before serving.
Notes
Using freshly steamed broccoli instead of frozen helps maintain a crisp texture. Allow the bake to rest after baking for better flavor melding.
