Ingredients

  • 2 cups cooked rice (white, brown, or jasmine)
  • 3 cups broccoli florets (steamed or blanched)
  • 1 cup shredded cheese (cheddar or mozzarella)
  • 1 cup cream of chicken soup
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon onion powder

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a large bowl, combine the cooked chicken, cooked rice, broccoli, shredded cheese, cream of chicken soup, and milk.
  3. Season with salt, pepper, garlic powder, and onion powder. Stir gently to mix well.
  4. Transfer the mixture to a greased baking dish and spread it evenly.
  5. Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, or until heated through and bubbly.
  6. Let it cool for a few minutes before serving.

Notes
