- 2 cups cooked white rice
- 1 can condensed cream of mushroom soup
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1 1/2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Brown the ground beef in a large skillet over medium heat for 7-9 minutes, draining excess fat.
- In a bowl, combine the cooked beef with rice, cream of mushroom soup, milk, a cup of cheddar cheese, Worcestershire sauce, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
- Spread the mixture into a 9×13 inch baking dish and top with the remaining cheddar cheese.
- Bake in a preheated oven at 350°F for about 25 minutes until bubbly and golden.
- Let cool for a few minutes, serve, and enjoy!
