Instructions
- Cook the elbow macaroni according to the package instructions. Drain and set aside.

- Gradually whisk in the milk until smooth. Cook, stirring frequently, until thickened (about 3 to 5 minutes).
- Remove from heat and stir in shredded cheddar cheese until melted and smooth.
- In a large bowl, combine the cheese sauce with the drained macaroni, mixing well.
