Description

A delightful no-bake dessert that features a creamy pistachio filling in an Oreo crust, perfect for any occasion.


Ingredients

  • 1 package Oreo cookies (crushed to a fine texture)
  • 1/2 cup butter (melted)
  • 1 cup cream cheese (softened)
  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 cup whipped cream (or Cool Whip)
  • 1 package instant pistachio pudding mix
  • 2 cups milk
  • Green food coloring (optional)
  • Whimsical heart sprinkles (for decoration)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine the crushed Oreo cookies and melted butter until well-mixed. Press into the bottom of a pie pan to form a crust.
  3. Bake the crust for 10 minutes and let it cool completely.
  4. In another bowl, beat the cream cheese and powdered sugar together until smooth.
  5. In a separate bowl, whisk together the pistachio pudding mix and milk until thickened.
  6. Fold the whipped cream into the cream cheese mixture, then combine with the pudding.
  7. If desired, add green food coloring to achieve desired shade.
  8. Pour the filling into the cooled Oreo crust and spread evenly.
  9. Chill in the refrigerator for at least 4 hours or until set.
  10. Decorate the top with heart sprinkles before serving.

Notes
