- 1 cup whole milk
- 2 large eggs

Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a standard loaf pan.
- In a mixing bowl, whisk together the flour, baking powder, sugar, and salt.
- In another bowl, beat the eggs, add the milk, and melted coconut oil or butter.
- Carefully combine the wet and dry ingredients, then fold in the chocolate chips.
- Pour the batter into the prepared loaf pan and bake for 50–60 minutes.
- Allow to cool in the pan for ten minutes before transferring to a wire rack.
