Description

A delightful blend of chocolate, coconut, and pecans in easy-to-make squares that evoke nostalgic memories and are perfect for any gathering.


Ingredients

  • 1 can (14 ounces) sweetened condensed milk
  • 2 cups semi-sweet chocolate chips
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter
  • 1 cup chopped pecans, lightly roasted
  • 1 cup sweetened coconut flakes

Instructions

  1. Line an 8×8 inch square baking dish with parchment paper or grease with nonstick spray.
  2. In a medium saucepan over low heat, melt the unsalted butter until golden.
  3. Stir in sweetened condensed milk and chocolate chips, mixing until smooth.
  4. Remove from heat and fold in chopped pecans and coconut flakes.
  5. Pour the mixture into the prepared baking dish and spread evenly.
  6. Refrigerate for at least 2 hours or until firm before cutting into squares.
