- 1 can (14 ounces) sweetened condensed milk
- 2 cups semi-sweet chocolate chips
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter
- 1 cup chopped pecans, lightly roasted
- 1 cup sweetened coconut flakes
Instructions
- Line an 8×8 inch square baking dish with parchment paper or grease with nonstick spray.
- In a medium saucepan over low heat, melt the unsalted butter until golden.
- Stir in sweetened condensed milk and chocolate chips, mixing until smooth.
- Remove from heat and fold in chopped pecans and coconut flakes.
- Pour the mixture into the prepared baking dish and spread evenly.
- Refrigerate for at least 2 hours or until firm before cutting into squares.
Notes
Store leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to a week. For longer storage, freeze squares between layers of parchment paper.
