Delightful frozen yogurt bites combining creamy yogurt and rich cookie dough flavors for a guilt-free treat.


Ingredients

  • 1 cup Greek yogurt (plain or vanilla)
  • 2 tablespoons honey or maple syrup
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/2 cup mini chocolate chips
  • 1/3 cup almond flour
  • 1 tablespoon butter or coconut oil, melted
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 cup brown sugar

Instructions

  1. In a mixing bowl, combine Greek yogurt, honey or maple syrup, and vanilla extract until smooth and creamy.
  2. In a separate bowl, mix almond flour, melted butter or coconut oil, salt, and brown sugar until a crumbly dough forms.
  3. Gently fold in the mini chocolate chips into the cookie dough mixture.
  4. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or a silicone mat.
  5. Use a spoon or cookie scoop to form small balls of cookie dough and place them on the prepared baking sheet.
  6. Gently press each dough ball to flatten slightly.
  7. Top each dough bite with a generous dollop of the yogurt mixture.
  8. Freeze the baking sheet for at least 2 hours until bites are firm.
  9. Store bites in an airtight container in the freezer.
  10. Before serving, let bites sit at room temperature for a few minutes to soften slightly.
