- 3 large eggs, separated
- 1/4 teaspoon cream of tartar
- 1 tablespoon cornstarch
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 300°F (150°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a blender or food processor, add cottage cheese, egg yolks, cornstarch, and salt. Blend until smooth and creamy.
- In a clean bowl, add egg whites and cream of tartar. Whip until stiff peaks form, about 3-5 minutes.
- Gently fold whipped egg whites into the cottage cheese mixture.
- Spoon batter onto the baking sheet in 4-5 inch rounds.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes until golden brown and firm.
- Cool on the pan then transfer to a wire rack.
