Ingredients

Instructions

  1. Drain the cottage cheese if watery, shaking off excess liquid.
  2. Prep the vegetables: cut cherry tomatoes, dice cucumber, and slice red pepper.

  4. If desired, add chickpeas and avocado, then sprinkle with sunflower seeds.
