Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a large mixing bowl, combine the cottage cheese, chopped spinach, bell peppers, zucchini, onions, garlic, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper. Mix well.
- Transfer the mixture to a greased baking dish, spreading it out evenly.
