Ingredients

  • 1 cup chopped spinach
  • 1 cup chopped bell peppers
  • 1 cup chopped zucchini
  • 1/2 cup diced onions
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/2 cup breadcrumbs (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a large mixing bowl, combine the cottage cheese, chopped spinach, bell peppers, zucchini, onions, garlic, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper. Mix well.
