Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a cupcake tin with paper liners.
- Whisk together the flour, baking powder, and salt in a bowl.
- Cream the butter and sugar together until light and fluffy.
- Beat in the eggs, one at a time, then gradually add the milk.
- Mix in the cotton candy flavoring until well combined.
- Fill the cupcake liners two-thirds full with the batter.
- Bake for 18-20 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
- Allow to cool completely before frosting and decorating with cotton candy.
Notes
Use room temperature ingredients for better emulsification. Consider adding vanilla extract for extra flavor, and use edible glitter for an attractive presentation.
