Description

A delightful dessert featuring creamy cheesecake, tart cranberry sauce, and sweet white chocolate swirls, perfect for any occasion.


Ingredients

  • 1 ½ cups graham cracker crumbs
  • ½ cup unsalted butter, melted
  • ¼ cup granulated sugar (divided)
  • 16 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1 cup white chocolate chips
  • 1 cup cranberry sauce
  • 3 large eggs
  • 2 tsp vanilla extract

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine the graham cracker crumbs with melted butter and 2 tablespoons of sugar. Stir until well blended to form the crust mixture.
  3. Press the crust mixture firmly into the bottom of a springform pan.
  4. In a large mixing bowl, beat the cream cheese until smooth. Gradually add the remaining sugar, sour cream, and vanilla extract, mixing until well combined.
  5. Melt white chocolate chips in the microwave until smooth, then mix into the cream cheese mixture.
  6. Add the eggs one at a time while mixing on low speed.
  7. Pour half of the cheesecake batter into the prepared crust, dollop the cranberry sauce over it, and then pour the remaining batter on top, swirling gently.
  8. Bake for 50-60 minutes until the edges are set and the center jiggles slightly.
  9. Remove from the oven and allow cooling before refrigerating overnight.

Notes

Ensure cream cheese is at room temperature for smooth mixing. For best results, chill overnight before serving.
