Description

A creamy and flavorful Mediterranean spread made with cream cheese and olives, perfect for entertaining or as a quick snack.


Ingredients

  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1/2 cup green olives with pimentos, finely chopped
  • 1/4 cup black olives, finely chopped
  • 2 tablespoons mayonnaise
  • 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 tablespoon chopped fresh parsley (optional)
  • Salt and black pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. In a medium bowl, add the softened cream cheese, chopped green and black olives, mayonnaise, garlic powder, and onion powder.
  2. Using a fork or a spatula, mix all the ingredients until smooth and well blended.
  3. Taste the mixture and season with salt and black pepper as needed.
  4. If desired, stir in chopped fresh parsley.
  5. Cover the mixture and refrigerate for at least 1 hour before serving.
  6. Serve chilled with crackers, toast points, or fresh vegetables for dipping.
