- 8 oz cream cheese, softened
- 1/2 cup green olives with pimentos, finely chopped
- 1/4 cup black olives, finely chopped
- 2 tablespoons mayonnaise
- 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/4 teaspoon onion powder
- 1 tablespoon chopped fresh parsley (optional)
- Salt and black pepper to taste
Instructions
- In a medium bowl, add the softened cream cheese, chopped green and black olives, mayonnaise, garlic powder, and onion powder.
- Using a fork or a spatula, mix all the ingredients until smooth and well blended.
- Taste the mixture and season with salt and black pepper as needed.
- If desired, stir in chopped fresh parsley.
- Cover the mixture and refrigerate for at least 1 hour before serving.
- Serve chilled with crackers, toast points, or fresh vegetables for dipping.
