Ingredients

  • 2 cups cooked, shredded chicken
  • 1 cup pesto sauce
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a large mixing bowl, combine the cooked pasta, shredded chicken, pesto sauce, heavy cream, and half of the mozzarella cheese. Season with salt and pepper.
  3. Transfer the mixture into a greased baking dish, spreading it evenly.
  4. Top with remaining mozzarella cheese and grated Parmesan cheese.
  5. Bake for 25-30 minutes until golden and bubbly.
  6. Let the dish cool for a few minutes before serving.
