- 2 cups cooked pasta
- 2 cups cooked, shredded chicken
- 1 cup pesto sauce
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1 tablespoon olive oil (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a large mixing bowl, combine the cooked pasta, shredded chicken, pesto sauce, heavy cream, and half of the mozzarella cheese. Season with salt and pepper.
- Transfer the mixture into a greased baking dish, spreading it evenly.
- Top with remaining mozzarella cheese and grated Parmesan cheese.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes until golden and bubbly.
- Let the dish cool for a few minutes before serving.
Notes
Consider using whole wheat or gluten-free pasta for a healthier twist. You can also add more vegetables like spinach or bell peppers.
