- 1 lb fresh prawns, peeled and deveined
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1/4 cup fresh parsley, chopped
- 3 cloves garlic, minced

- Salt, to taste
- Black pepper, to taste
Instructions
- In a large pot of boiling salted water, cook the linguine according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
- In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add minced garlic and sauté for about 30 seconds until fragrant.
- Add the prawns and cook for 2-3 minutes until pink and opaque.
- Pour in the heavy cream and bring to a gentle simmer, stirring occasionally.
- Gradually stir in the Parmesan cheese until melted and creamy.
- Season with salt and black pepper to taste.
- Add the cooked linguine to the skillet and toss gently to coat in the sauce.
- Garnish with chopped parsley and additional Parmesan before serving.
