A sensational fusion of flavors and textures, these quesadillas combine steak and shrimp with colorful bell peppers and onions, all nestled in crispy tortillas and melted cheese.

- 2 tortillas
- 1 cup cooked steak, sliced
- 1 cup cooked shrimp, peeled and deveined
- 1 cup bell peppers, sliced
- 1/2 cup onion, sliced
- 1 cup shredded cheese (cheddar or Mexican blend)
- 2 tablespoons Creole seasoning
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- Sour cream and salsa for serving
Instructions
- Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat. Add sliced onions and bell peppers; sauté until softened.
- Stir in cooked steak and shrimp, sprinkle with Creole seasoning, and cook until heated through.
- In a separate skillet, place a tortilla. Sprinkle half of the cheese on one half of the tortilla.
- Add the steak and shrimp mixture over the cheese, then top with remaining cheese. Fold tortilla over and cook until golden brown.
- Repeat process with the second tortilla. Cut cooked quesadillas into wedges and serve with sour cream and salsa.
Notes
For more flavor, consider adding diced tomatoes or jalapeños. Brush tortillas with olive oil for extra crispiness.
