Instructions

- Gradually add yogurt, followed by warm water until dough forms.
- Knead the dough on a floured surface for about 5 minutes until smooth.
- Cover with a damp cloth and let it rest for at least 1 hour.
- Divide the dough into portions, roll into balls, and flatten into oval shapes.
- Heat a skillet over medium-high heat, cook naan for about 2 minutes on each side until golden.
Notes
For a lighter version, use dairy-free yogurt or whole wheat flour. Be mindful not to overbake to prevent drying out.
