Instructions

- Pour into Glassware: Pour the mixture into serving glasses or ramekins and refrigerate for at least 4 hours or overnight.
- Prepare the Cranberry Sauce: In a saucepan, combine cranberries, orange juice, and water with orange zest and sugar. Simmer for about 10 minutes.
- Finish the Sauce: Stir in dark rum if using, then allow to cool completely.
- Assemble the Dessert: Once panna cotta has set, spoon cranberry sauce over each portion.
