- 1 lb thinly sliced roast beef
- 1.5 cups shredded mozzarella or provolone
- 4 large flour tortillas
- 2 tablespoons melted butter
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 1 teaspoon dried parsley
- 2 cups beef broth
- 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
- 1 teaspoon soy sauce
- Salt & pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Lay each tortilla flat and evenly distribute roast beef and cheese across them.
- Fold in the sides of each tortilla and roll tightly to encase the filling.
- Brush the tops with melted butter and sprinkle with garlic powder, onion powder, and parsley.
- Place rolls on the baking sheet and bake for 15-20 minutes until golden brown and cheese is melted.
- While baking, prepare the au jus by simmering beef broth, Worcestershire sauce, soy sauce, garlic powder, onion powder, and seasoning for 5-7 minutes.
- Remove rolls from the oven, cool slightly, slice into pieces, and serve with au jus.
