Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a muffin tin with liners or grease it.

- In a medium bowl, whisk together flour, baking powder, baking soda, and salt.
- In another bowl, whisk together sour cream, sugar, eggs, melted butter, and almond extract.
- Pour wet mixture into dry ingredients and stir gently until just combined.
