Description

Delightful chocolate-dipped banana pops that resemble adorable ghosts, perfect for Halloween or any occasion.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 medium banana (firm, not overripe)
  • 1 cup white chocolate (good quality)
  • 8 mini chocolate chips (for ghost eyes)
  • 4 popsicle sticks
  • Wax paper (for lining the tray)

Instructions

  1. Cut the banana in half lengthwise, then again crosswise to make four quarters.
  2. Insert a popsicle stick into each banana piece and place them on a wax paper-lined tray.
  3. Freeze the bananas until solid, approximately 1 hour.
  4. In a coffee mug, melt the white chocolate using 30-second microwave intervals, stirring between each.
  5. Dip each frozen banana into the melted chocolate, allowing excess to drizzle off.
  6. Place them back on the tray and quickly add mini chocolate chips for eyes.
  7. Freeze again for 20-30 minutes until fully set.
  8. Serve frozen and enjoy!

Notes

These pops are perfect for Halloween parties and can be made in advance. Try using dark chocolate or other fruits for variations.
