Description

Gochujang Brussels Sprouts offer a delightful twist with bold flavors, combining the savory taste of roasted Brussels sprouts with a spicy gochujang sauce.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 pound Brussels sprouts, halved
  • 3 tablespoons gochujang sauce
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon honey or maple syrup
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • Salt, to taste
  • Pepper, to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Trim and halve the Brussels sprouts.
  3. In a large mixing bowl, combine the halved Brussels sprouts with olive oil, honey or maple syrup, garlic, salt, and pepper. Toss to coat.
  4. Spread the Brussels sprouts on a baking sheet in a single layer.
  5. Roast in the oven for about 20-25 minutes until crispy and golden brown.
  6. Remove from the oven and drizzle with gochujang sauce, then gently toss to coat.
  7. Serve warm and enjoy!

Notes

For best results, avoid overcrowding the baking sheet to ensure even roasting. You can use frozen Brussels sprouts, but fresh ones yield the best texture.
