Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Trim and halve the Brussels sprouts.
- In a large mixing bowl, combine the halved Brussels sprouts with olive oil, honey or maple syrup, garlic, salt, and pepper. Toss to coat.
- Spread the Brussels sprouts on a baking sheet in a single layer.
- Roast in the oven for about 20-25 minutes until crispy and golden brown.
- Remove from the oven and drizzle with gochujang sauce, then gently toss to coat.
