Description

An easy-to-make tropical dessert featuring layers of creamy goodness, ripe mangoes, and crunchy Graham crackers that evoke nostalgic summer memories.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 20 pieces Graham crackers
  • 1 tablespoon crushed graham (for topping)
  • 2 cups ripe mangoes, thinly sliced
  • 1 cup all-purpose cream or Cool Whip
  • 3/4 cup condensed milk

Instructions

  1. In a rectangular dish, arrange 8 to 10 pieces of Graham crackers as the initial foundation.
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine 1 cup of all-purpose cream or Cool Whip with 3/4 cup of condensed milk and stir until smooth.
  3. Spread the creamy mixture over the Graham crackers evenly.
  4. Layer thinly sliced mangoes evenly over the cream.
  5. Repeat the process until you reach the top of your dish, finishing with mango slices and a sprinkle of crushed graham. Cover and chill for at least 3 hours or overnight before serving.

Notes

For a lighter version, swap condensed milk for a low-sugar option and use light whipped cream. Store in the refrigerator for up to three days or freeze for up to a month.
