- 6 to 8 jalapeño peppers
- 2 tablespoons olive oil or avocado oil
- 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/4 teaspoon sea salt
- 1/4 teaspoon cumin powder
Instructions
- Preheat your grill to medium-high heat (350 to 450 degrees F).
- Wash and thoroughly dry the jalapeños.
- In a mixing bowl, combine olive oil, garlic powder, sea salt, and cumin; stir well.
- Toss the jalapeños in the oil mixture until each pepper is coated.
- Skewer the peppers onto metal or bamboo skewers for easy grilling.
- Place the skewers on the grill and cook for 3 to 4 minutes until grill marks form, then flip and grill for another 3 to 4 minutes.
- Remove from the grill and squeeze fresh lime juice if desired.
- Serve immediately and enjoy!
Notes
For a healthier twist, serve with a dairy-free yogurt dip. Avoid overbaking to prevent charred peppers.
