- 4 ripe peaches
- 4 tablespoons honey
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
- 2 tablespoons melted butter
- Vanilla ice cream (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat your grill to medium heat.
- Wash and halve the peaches, removing the pits.
- Brush each half with melted butter.
- Drizzle honey generously over each peach half.
- Sprinkle with cinnamon.
- Place peach halves cut side down on the grill for 4-5 minutes.
- Flip peaches and grill another 2-3 minutes.
- Serve warm, topped with vanilla ice cream if desired.
Notes
For a healthier alternative, use agave nectar instead of honey and skip the ice cream.
