- 1 pound baby potatoes
- 3 tablespoons melted butter
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon sea salt
- 1/2 teaspoon paprika
- 1/4 teaspoon ground black pepper
- 1/4 teaspoon dried oregano
- Fresh parsley, chopped
Instructions
- Heat the grill to medium-high heat.
- In a bowl, mix the melted butter, garlic powder, sea salt, paprika, black pepper, and dried oregano until well combined.
- Place the potatoes on a large piece of aluminum foil.
- Toss with the melted butter mixture, coating each potato well.
- Arrange the potatoes cut side down on the foil.
- Fold the sides of the foil towards the center to create a sealed pocket.
- Place the foil packet on the grill and cook for about 15 minutes.
- Open the packet and flip the potatoes for even cooking.
- Reseal and return to the grill for an additional 10 minutes.
- Remove from the grill, toss with chopped fresh parsley, and serve immediately.
