Description

Delicious and easy Grilled Potatoes wrapped in foil, perfect for summer barbecues or weeknight dinners.


Ingredients

  • 1 pound baby potatoes
  • 3 tablespoons melted butter
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon sea salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon paprika
  • 1/4 teaspoon ground black pepper
  • 1/4 teaspoon dried oregano
  • Fresh parsley, chopped

Instructions

  1. Heat the grill to medium-high heat.
  2. In a bowl, mix the melted butter, garlic powder, sea salt, paprika, black pepper, and dried oregano until well combined.
  3. Place the potatoes on a large piece of aluminum foil.
  4. Toss with the melted butter mixture, coating each potato well.
  5. Arrange the potatoes cut side down on the foil.
  6. Fold the sides of the foil towards the center to create a sealed pocket.
  7. Place the foil packet on the grill and cook for about 15 minutes.
  8. Open the packet and flip the potatoes for even cooking.
  9. Reseal and return to the grill for an additional 10 minutes.
  10. Remove from the grill, toss with chopped fresh parsley, and serve immediately.
