Description

Colorful and delightful Halloween Candy Corn Jello Cups that capture the spirit of Halloween with vibrant layers and a sweet nostalgic taste.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 (6-ounce) yellow Jello (or two 3-ounce boxes)
  • 1 (6-ounce) orange Jello (or two 3-ounce boxes)
  • 1 (14-ounce) can sweetened condensed milk
  • 1 envelope Knox unflavored gelatin
  • Optional Garnishes: Candy Corns, Cool Whip, or whipped cream

Instructions

  1. Mix the Yellow Layer: Boil 2 cups of water and mix it with the yellow Jello until fully dissolved. Stir in 1½ cups of cold water and pour into individual cups, filling each about ⅓ full. Refrigerate for about 2 hours until set.
  2. Prepare the Orange Layer: Mix 2 cups of boiling water with the orange Jello until dissolved, then add 1½ cups of cold water. Allow it to cool to room temperature.
  3. Layer the Orange: Pour the orange Jello over the set yellow layer in each cup, filling about â…” full, and refrigerate for an hour until set.
  4. Make the Creamy Layer: Combine the sweetened condensed milk with 1 cup of boiling water. Soften the unflavored gelatin in ½ cup cold water for 3 minutes, then dissolve it with another ½ cup of boiling water. Mix this with the milk mixture and stir until combined.
  5. Finish Layers: Cool the mixture slightly before gently pouring it over the set orange layer. Chill the cups for 1-2 hours until firm.
  6. Garnish and Serve: Top with Cool Whip or whipped cream and candy corn just before serving.

Notes

Best served chilled. Can be made 1-2 days in advance and stored in the refrigerator. Use a ladle for pouring to maintain distinct layers.
