Celebrate Halloween with these colorful, fun cookies that kids adore, featuring mini Oreos, Chips Ahoy, and candy eyeballs.

- 1 (17.5 ounce) bag of sugar cookie mix
- 1/2 cup salted butter, softened
- 1 large egg
- 1 1/2 teaspoons vanilla extract
- Blue food coloring
- 1/2 cup mini Oreos, cut in half
- 1/2 cup mini Chips Ahoy, cut in half
- 1/2 cup white chocolate chips
- 1/2 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
- 32 large candy eyeballs
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to the temperature specified on the sugar cookie mix package.
- Line two cookie sheets with parchment paper.
- In a mixing bowl, combine the sugar cookie mix, softened butter, egg, and vanilla extract. Mix until a smooth dough forms.
- Add a few drops of blue food coloring to the dough and mix until evenly colored.
- Gently fold in the mini Oreos, mini Chips Ahoy, white chocolate chips, and semi-sweet chocolate chips until evenly distributed.
- Using a large scoop, scoop the dough and roll it into balls. Place them on the prepared cookie sheets.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 13-16 minutes or until the edges are lightly golden brown.
- Remove from the oven and immediately press the candy eyeballs into the front of each cookie while they are still warm.
- Allow the cookies to cool on the baking sheets for a few minutes before transferring to wire racks to cool completely.
Notes
For a low-sugar option, use a sugar-free cookie mix. For dairy-free, substitute butter with coconut oil.
