Description

Ingredients

  • 2 TBSP butter or margarine, melted
  • 24 oz cream cheese
  • 3/4 cup sugar
  • 15 oz pumpkin puree
  • 1 TBSP pumpkin pie spice
  • 3 eggs
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1 square semi-sweet chocolate
  • 1 tsp butter

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (325°F if using a dark nonstick pan).
  2. Mix cookie crumbs with melted butter, press into the pan for crust.
  3. Beat cream cheese and sugar until smooth.
  4. Add pumpkin puree and pumpkin pie spice, mix well.
  5. Add eggs one at a time, mixing gently.
  6. Pour filling over crust and bake for 50-55 minutes.
  7. Cool slightly, then spread sour cream topping evenly.
  8. Melt chocolate with butter, drizzle in a spiral over the cake.
  9. Drag a toothpick from center outward to create a spiderweb design.
  10. Refrigerate for at least 4 hours or overnight before serving.
