Instructions
- In a bowl, whisk together the eggs, milk, vanilla extract, and cinnamon until well combined.
- Slice the Hawaiian rolls in half, and let them soak in the egg mixture for a few minutes.
- In a skillet, heat butter over medium heat until melted and bubbling.
- Carefully place the soaked rolls in the skillet and cook for 2-3 minutes on each side until golden brown.
- Transfer to a serving plate, dust with powdered sugar, and drizzle with maple syrup. Serve warm.
Notes
Letting the rolls soak longer can enhance the flavor. Substitute with different types of bread for new textures and flavors.
