- 1/2 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
- 1 1/2 cups whole wheat flour
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- 1/4 cup honey or maple syrup
- 2 large eggs
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a loaf pan.
- Mash the ripe bananas in a large mixing bowl until smooth.
- Mix in the eggs and honey or maple syrup until creamy.
- In another bowl, whisk together the whole wheat flour, cocoa powder, and baking soda.
- Gradually fold the dry ingredients into the wet mixture until just combined.
- Pour the batter into the prepared loaf pan and bake for 50-60 minutes, or until a toothpick comes out clean.
