Ingredients

- 1/2 cup apple, cored and diced
- 2 tsp. sugar-free brown sugar alternative
- 1/2 tsp. lemon juice (optional)
- Dash of cinnamon
- 3 tbsp. gluten-free rolled oats
- 2 tbsp. (15g) protein powder (pea, whey, or casein)
- 2 tbsp. sugar-free brown sugar alternative
- 1/8 tsp. ground cinnamon
- 1 tbsp. vegan butter (or unsalted butter)
- 1–2 tsp. unsweetened applesauce
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F.
- Mix diced apples with brown sugar alternative, lemon juice, and cinnamon.
- Grease a ramekin and press the apple mixture into the bottom.
- Mix oats, protein powder, sweetener, cinnamon, butter, and applesauce until combined.
- Spread the crumble mixture over the apples.
- Bake for 12–15 minutes until golden.
- Serve warm with optional dairy-free ice cream.
