- 1 pound chicken breast
- 1 cup chicken broth
- 1 packet taco seasoning
- 1 cup salsa
- Taco shells or tortillas
- Toppings: shredded cheese, lettuce, tomatoes, avocado
Instructions
- Place the chicken breast in the Instant Pot flat at the bottom.
- Pour the chicken broth, taco seasoning, and salsa over the chicken.
- Seal the lid and cook on high pressure for 10 minutes with the vent closed.
- Once cooking is complete, quick release the pressure.
- Shred the chicken in the pot using two forks.
- Serve in taco shells or tortillas with your choice of toppings.
Notes
For deeper flavor, marinate chicken beforehand. Experiment with different salsas and add black beans or corn for variation.
