Description

A luscious, creamy ice cream infused with rich pistachio flavor, packed with protein and healthy ingredients.


Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 cup unsalted pistachios
  • 2 cups plain full-fat Greek yogurt
  • 1/4 cup honey or maple syrup
  • 1 teaspoon pure vanilla extract
  • Pinch of salt

Instructions

  1. Chop half of the pistachios and set them aside.
  2. In a blender, combine Greek yogurt, honey or maple syrup, vanilla extract, and salt. Blend until smooth.
  3. Gently fold in remaining chopped pistachios.
  4. Pour mixture into an airtight container.
  5. Freeze for about 4 hours or until solid.
  6. Serve in chilled bowls or cones, topped with extra pistachios or chocolate shavings.

Notes

For low-sugar or dairy-free alternatives, use sugar-free honey and plant-based Greek yogurt.
