Description

A rich and creamy pumpkin coffee creamer that adds an autumnal touch to your morning brew.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 and 1/2 cups (360ml) of heavy cream, half-and-half, or whole milk
  • 2 heaping Tablespoons (about 35g) of pumpkin puree
  • 2 Tablespoons (30ml) of pure maple syrup
  • 1 and 1/2 teaspoons of pumpkin pie spice
  • 2 cinnamon sticks

Instructions

  1. In a small saucepan over medium heat, combine the heavy cream, pumpkin puree, maple syrup, and pumpkin pie spice. Whisk until smooth and well blended.
  2. Add the cinnamon sticks and increase the heat to medium-high, bringing the mixture to a gentle boil while whisking occasionally.
  3. Once it reaches a boil, remove from heat and let cool in the pan for about 5 minutes.
  4. Optional: Pour through a fine-mesh sieve to remove solids for a smoother texture.
  5. Use the creamer immediately in your coffee or store in a tightly sealed jar in the refrigerator for up to one week. Shake well before using.

Notes

You can customize the sweetness level and creaminess by adjusting the maple syrup and using different types of milk.
