- 1 1/2 cups graham cracker crumbs
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
- 1/3 cup granulated sugar
- 16 oz cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup sour cream
- 3 large eggs
- 3/4 cup honey
- 1 cup chopped nuts (pistachios or walnuts)
- 1 tsp ground cinnamon
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a bowl, combine graham cracker crumbs, melted butter, and sugar. Press this mixture into the bottom of a springform pan.
- In another bowl, beat the softened cream cheese until smooth. Gradually mix in the sour cream, honey, and eggs.
- Fold in the chopped nuts and cinnamon.
- Pour the filling over the crust and smooth it out.
- Bake for about 50-60 minutes until set around the edges with a slight wobble in the center.
- Allow the cheesecake to cool in the oven for an hour, then refrigerate for at least four hours or overnight.
Notes
Serve with vanilla ice cream or whipped cream, and drizzle with extra honey or sprinkle with pistachios for added elegance.
