- 1/2 cup pure honey
- 1/2 cup BBQ sauce
- 1/4 cup brown sugar
- 1 teaspoon cayenne pepper (adjust to taste)
- Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) and prepare a baking dish with cooking spray.
- Cut chicken breasts into bite-sized pieces.
- In one bowl, mix the flour with salt, pepper, and minced garlic.
- In another bowl, whisk eggs until frothy.
- Dip each chicken piece into the egg wash, then coat it with the seasoned flour.
- Arrange the coated chicken on a baking sheet in a single layer and bake for 20-25 minutes, flipping halfway through.
- While the chicken is baking, combine honey, BBQ sauce, brown sugar, and cayenne pepper in a saucepan over medium heat.
- Once the chicken is done, toss it in the honey BBQ sauce in a large bowl.
