Description

A creamy and cheesy dip featuring tangy dill pickles, perfect for game days or casual gatherings.


Ingredients

  • 1 cup dill pickle chips, drained and chopped
  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon cayenne pepper (optional)
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 cup panko breadcrumbs
  • 2 tablespoons fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a large mixing bowl, combine the softened cream cheese, sour cream, and mayonnaise. Blend until smooth and creamy.
  3. Add the chopped dill pickle chips, shredded cheddar and mozzarella cheeses, garlic powder, onion powder, cayenne pepper (if using), black pepper, and salt. Stir until fully incorporated.
  4. Spread the dip mixture evenly in a baking dish or oven-safe skillet.
  5. In a separate small bowl, mix the panko breadcrumbs with a tablespoon of olive oil or melted butter until coated.
  6. Sprinkle the breadcrumb mixture over the top of the dip.
  7. Bake for 20-25 minutes until bubbling and golden brown.
  8. Let it cool for a few minutes, then garnish with freshly chopped parsley.
  9. Serve warm with tortilla chips, pretzels, or fresh veggies for dipping.

Notes

This dip can be prepared ahead of time and stored in the refrigerator. Reheat in the oven for a tasty treat.
