- 1 cup dill pickle chips, drained and chopped
- 8 oz cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup sour cream
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 1/2 teaspoon cayenne pepper (optional)
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 cup panko breadcrumbs
- 2 tablespoons fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a large mixing bowl, combine the softened cream cheese, sour cream, and mayonnaise. Blend until smooth and creamy.
- Add the chopped dill pickle chips, shredded cheddar and mozzarella cheeses, garlic powder, onion powder, cayenne pepper (if using), black pepper, and salt. Stir until fully incorporated.
- Spread the dip mixture evenly in a baking dish or oven-safe skillet.
- In a separate small bowl, mix the panko breadcrumbs with a tablespoon of olive oil or melted butter until coated.
- Sprinkle the breadcrumb mixture over the top of the dip.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes until bubbling and golden brown.
- Let it cool for a few minutes, then garnish with freshly chopped parsley.
- Serve warm with tortilla chips, pretzels, or fresh veggies for dipping.
Notes
This dip can be prepared ahead of time and stored in the refrigerator. Reheat in the oven for a tasty treat.
