Description

Delicious bites of kielbasa wrapped in flaky crescent dough and filled with cheese and spices, perfect for gatherings.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 package Crescent Roll Dough Sheets
  • 1 pound Kielbasa or Smoked Sausages
  • 1 cup Shredded Cheese
  • 4 ounces Cream Cheese
  • 2 tablespoons Butter
  • 1 tablespoon Dijon Mustard
  • 1 tablespoon Brown Sugar
  • 1 teaspoon Worcestershire Sauce
  • 1 tablespoon Poppy Seeds

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) and prepare a baking sheet.
  2. Unroll the crescent dough sheets and pinch the seams to form a rectangle.
  3. Sprinkle shredded cheese along one edge of the dough, place a sausage link, and roll up, sealing the seam.
  4. Spread cream cheese on another sheet of dough if desired, then roll a sausage link in it.
  5. Cut rolled dough into ¾-inch rounds and place them on the baking sheet.
  6. In a small bowl, mix melted butter, Dijon mustard, brown sugar, and Worcestershire sauce; brush over the rolls.
  7. Sprinkle poppy seeds on top.
  8. Bake for 15-18 minutes until golden brown and crisp.
  9. Let cool for a few minutes before serving warm with dipping sauces.

Notes

Ensure dough is at room temperature for easy rolling. Press seams firmly to avoid leakage during baking.
