Description

A delightful fusion of warm bread filled with creamy garlic and cream cheese, enveloped in a crisp crust.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 loaf soft white bread (about 12 oz)
  • 8 oz full-fat cream cheese (softened)
  • 4 cloves fresh garlic (minced)
  • 4 tbsp unsalted butter (melted)
  • 2 tbsp fresh parsley (chopped)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Mix the softened cream cheese, minced garlic, melted butter, and chopped parsley in a mixing bowl until smooth.
  3. Carefully slice the loaf diagonally without cutting all the way through.
  4. Fill each slit with the cream cheese mixture.
  5. Wrap the filled bread in aluminum foil and place it on a baking sheet. Bake for 15-20 minutes.
  6. Unwrap carefully and serve warm.

Notes

For variations, try using whole grain bread, low-fat cream cheese, or adding red pepper flakes for some heat.
