- 1 loaf soft white bread (about 12 oz)
- 8 oz full-fat cream cheese (softened)
- 4 cloves fresh garlic (minced)
- 4 tbsp unsalted butter (melted)
- 2 tbsp fresh parsley (chopped)
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Mix the softened cream cheese, minced garlic, melted butter, and chopped parsley in a mixing bowl until smooth.
- Carefully slice the loaf diagonally without cutting all the way through.
- Fill each slit with the cream cheese mixture.
- Wrap the filled bread in aluminum foil and place it on a baking sheet. Bake for 15-20 minutes.
- Unwrap carefully and serve warm.
Notes
For variations, try using whole grain bread, low-fat cream cheese, or adding red pepper flakes for some heat.
